Executes the static site generation command

This function orchestrates the entire site generation process, including:

• Loading configuration
• Initialising the engine
• Processing content
• Generating the static site

Returns

Returns Ok(()) on successful execution, or an error if site generation fails.

Errors

This function will return an error if:

• Configuration loading fails
• Engine initialisation fails
• Site generation process encounters an error
• Development server fails to start (when using serve command)
